4.How can we get a copy of your price list?
Before we can offer a price list to you, we need some information about your company, and which product lines you handle. Also, once we obtain your other specifications such as destination, delivery method, and packaging, etc., we will give a price quote within one day after we receive this necessary information.
5.Is it possible for us to receive some product samples?
Sorry! According to our policy, we cannot provide free samples for reference unless you pay double the product price for them. Freight on such items is paid collect. Once the order is concluded, half the charges for the samples will be reimbursed to you.
6.What is the required minimum quantity order for your products?
Each product has a different minimum order requirement. We will give a prompt reply to your inquiry after we receive your specifications.
7How much lead time do you require?
If the fabric is piece-dyed, or if the construction of the fabric requires special weaving, we require 10 to 15 days to complete fabric production after your approval for our lab-dip. For yarn-dyed items, we need 25 to 30 days to complete production after your approval for our handloom. For knitted fabrics, we will provide time requirements based upon your specific inquiry.
